Fuji Global Chocolate created a wide range of quality non-tempering compound chocolate using vegetable fat rather than using cocoa butter. Its special attribute is perfectly made for multiple applications, for instance, cake glazing, coating, ganache making, moulding, enrobing, pastry decoration & shaving, biscuit & doughnut topping, coated panned chocolate (dragee), ice-cream and bakery filling.

Our compound chocolate comes in a different form, such as block, button, chips, cream and sticks. Apart from our standard dark, milk and white compound chocolate, there are also various different colour & flavour at your choice.
